31st March 2006 - Green Gully Campground - (Wollomombi Falls Campground) - Oxley Wild Rivers National Park - 4k West Wollomombi – Between Armidale & Dorrigo a tarred road gives access to camping areas, and lookouts. Exceptional picnic facilities are available within an easy 80-meter walk to the Wollomombi Falls Lookout. The Camping Area has limited space for small Motorhome but ours fitted comfortably. Several good walks are provided and the views of the falls and gorge are spectacular. The local store at Wollomombi has provisions and the town is also worth a visit. Camping at Wollomombi costs $3.00 per person per night. Highly recommended for 2 or three nights. Longer if not in a hurry.
