43k West of South Grafton and 111k East of Glen Innes. A reasonably large area suitable for an overnight stop is at the site which has toilets, tank water, tables, bins and shelter sheds. Although adjacent to the highway, noise should not be a problem as the road has little use. Across the river is a caravan park that supplies food and liquor for those that prefer home comforts. We recommend this spot for an overnight stay of a tea break.
